Our spacious patio boasts a retractable roof and walls, featuring a full-service bar, allowing guests to enjoy sunny days and stay sheltered during inclement weather. Cozy fire pits provide warmth during cooler months, with a patio capacity of 60.
Our bar specializes in craft cocktails and a variety of specialty drinks. The ever-changing drink menu offers classic cocktails, original creations, and unique twists on favorites. Each drink is expertly crafted using high-quality spirits, fresh juices, herbs, and house-made tinctures and syrups.
If you're feeling peckish, FIZZ offers a menu complete with charcuterie boards, specialty salads, and choices like cheese or chocolate fondue.

About Fizz
FIZZ, located in the West Plano Village at Parker & the Dallas North Tollway, is Plano's newest wine & cocktail lounge, bringing a taste of Miami to the north Dallas area.
FIZZ is the creation of Jeff Murtha, who is the owner of Studio 80, the popular ‘80s dance club in Fort Worth. We feature two full-service bars, one inside and one outside. Our expansive patio is equipped with a retractable roof and walls, allowing guests to take advantage of sunny days, and also protecting them from inclement weather. During cooler months, fire pits provide cozy gathering spots.
Our bar serves craft cocktails and several specialty drinks. Our ever-changing drink menu will feature classic cocktails, original drinks, and twists on existing favorites, all meticulously hand-crafted and made with high-quality spirits, fresh juices and herbs, and house-made tinctures and syrups.

FIZZ has the most extensive Champagne list in the state of Texas, with more than 50 sparkling wines, including 20 Champagnes from France. The wine list tops 100 bottles and was curated by sommelier Anthony Martinez.
