Host rules
- Event space must be vacated by the agreed-upon time as specified in the contract
- All setup and teardown activities must occur within the specified rental hours
- Decorations are welcome but must not damage the walls or fixtures; no nails, screws, or non-removable adhesives
- All equipment, supplies, and personal items brought in must be removed at the end of the event
- Furniture and equipment provided by Manjal Manor should be returned to their original position
- Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Please use only designated outdoor smoking areas
- Alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed bartender, and their service must be approved by Manjal Manor in advance
- The catering areas must be left clean, with all food and drink removed
- Trash must be placed in the bins provided; catering-related trash must either be removed or disposed of according to Manjal Manor's guidelines
- Basic cleaning of the event space must be done before leaving
- A walk-through with a venue representative will occur after the event to ensure compliance with these rules
- Any damages to the venue or property must be reported immediately; failure to report damages may result in additional charges
- Parking must adhere to venue guidelines; improper parking may result in towing at the vehicle owner's expense, and we are not responsible
- Respect for the venue and its neighbors is expected at all times; excessive noise should be avoided
