Host rules
• No smoking or vaping inside Veranda. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• Guests must remain within the reserved event spaces and approved common areas.
• Decorations are permitted but may not cause damage to walls, floors, ceilings, furniture, or fixtures. Glitter, confetti, and open-flame decorations are not permitted without prior approval.
• All outside vendors, entertainment, catering, décor, and equipment must be approved by the venue in advance.
• Alcohol may only be served and consumed in accordance with venue policies and applicable laws.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Music and entertainment must comply with venue requirements and local noise regulations.
• Courtyard use is subject to weather conditions and availability. Outdoor furniture and equipment should not be moved without approval.
• Guests may not access restricted or staff-only areas.
• The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests and vendors during the event.
• Any damage to the venue, furnishings, equipment, or property may result in additional charges.
• Events must end at the agreed-upon time unless an extension has been approved in advance.
