Host rules

* Outside catering is allowed.

* Beer, wine, and liquor may be served (not sold). Selling alcohol requires proper permits.

* No pets, glitter, or smoke machines.

* Backyard space is available for an additional charge.

* Furniture and equipment must be returned to their original location after use.

* Setup and cleanup must be completed within the booked time.

* Guests must remove all items they bring into the space, including decorations and trash.

* Do not nail, screw, or tape anything to walls, floors, or furniture.

* Maximum capacity is 60 guests.

* Respect neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level.

* Remote controls and venue equipment must remain onsite and in good condition.

This event space that has been recently renovated presents a contemporary and open flat layout that is ideal for meetings, workshops, parties, and other celebrations. The area has around 675 square feet and it's small in size but versatile, it will be possible to fit from 50 up to 60 people in depending on how you arrange the seating and the activities.

Two flat-screen TVs are provided for the guests (48" and 65") along with Apple TV and HDMI connections, which makes it very convenient to showcase presentations, have movie nights, or conduct workshops where the visuals are mirrored on both screens. A soundbar system which is very powerful is included, and it will be the source of clear, high-quality audio for music or presentations. Rectangular tables and chairs measuring six feet are available and can be laid out for classrooms, in rows for presentations, or in clusters for collaborative events.

The venue, situated along a main thoroughfare in West Philadelphia, is not only easily accessible but also surrounded by a variety of local eateries and shops that will make the guests feel the nice neighborhood vibe that is so characteristic of the area, thus giving them a welcoming experience before and after their event. Directly in front of the venue on Lancaster Avenue and on the nearby side streets, free street parking is available making it easy and convenient to access the venue.
