This bright, open ballroom features flexible layout options that adapt beautifully to weddings, birthday parties, showers, anniversary dinners, corporate gatherings, community events, rehearsals, and special celebrations.
The venue offers indoor space with a welcoming lobby and an outdoor yard area, perfect for mingling, photos, or outdoor elements during your event. There’s a dedicated bar area and plenty of room for décor, dancing, and custom setups. Outside catering is allowed, and food tables and a refrigerator are available to support your catering needs (no full kitchen provided).
With convenient street-level access, private parking on site, and a capacity that works for both intimate and mid-sized gatherings, The Heart Ballroom Philly gives hosts the freedom to bring their vision to life in a central Philly location.

1. Deposit & Payments
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
• Full balance must be paid before the event start time.
• No event will begin without full payment.
• Processing fees (Cash App, card, etc.) are the responsibility of the client.
2. Time & Overtime
• Your rental time includes setup and breakdown.
• Overtime will be charged if you go past your contracted end time.
• All guests must exit the premises by the agreed end time.
Guest Capacity
• Guest count must not exceed the agreed capacity.
• Client must provide an accurate guest estimate prior to the event.
6. Decorations
• No nails, screws, or permanent adhesives on walls.
• No confetti, glitter, or rice unless approved.
• Candles must be enclosed.
• All décor must be removed at the end of your event.
Prohibited Items
• No weapons or illegal substances.
• No smoking inside the venue.
• No open flames without approval.
9. Damages
• Client is responsible for any damages caused by guests, vendors, or decorators.
• Repair costs will be billed accordingly.
10. Parking
• Guests must park in designated areas only.
• The venue is not responsible for stolen or damaged vehicles.
11. Liability
• The HeArt Ballroom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
• All vendors must be insured where applicable.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
The HeArt Ballroom Philly is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.
