About this space
Our art studio is a 2,000-square-foot luxury fine art studio designed by an artist to inspire and support the local arts community. Located inside a historic 1930s mill, the space combines vintage charm with modern amenities, offering a unique backdrop for photography, videography, workshops, and creative projects.
The studio features 20-foot high industrial windows for natural light, custom art installations, vaulted ceilings, a baby grand piano, a black bathtub set, a ceiling-suspended swing, and a faux natural light wall. With a range of props and seamless options, it's the perfect space for creating visual art or hosting intimate events.
Additional amenities include a kitchen with snacks and coffee, Wi-Fi, a prop room, and optional client wardrobe access. Two private office spaces are also available upon request, ensuring that Studio 270 meets a variety of creative needs.

Host rules
1. If you rearrange the studio, please return everything to its original place. (It's recommended to take a photo of the space before making any changes.)
2. Any items taken from the snack or drink area must be paid for.
3. If you fill the trash, please take it out.
4. Any damages must be paid for.
5. Stealing is strictly prohibited.
6. If an incident occurs, report it immediately. Treat the studio with respect.
7. Renters are not allowed to share their time slots or sublease the space. If someone else wishes to use the studio, they must pay the rental fee and sign a contract.
8. The client closet, strobe/flash, offices, and reveal/order space are for members only. If you wish to rent items from the client closet, please inquire about the rental fees.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
