Our basement room is ideal for smaller, more personal events including birthday parties, small corporate team events or drinks receptions.
Fitted with a full sound and lighting system and your own private bar, this floor gives you the luxuries of our main floor but on a smaller scale. We also have seating available, which can be altered to suit your needs.
With a dressing room space on hand for dancers and entertainers, our basement space allows for a range of events and purposes.
Located just off Sackville Gardens, the Area is close to both Picadilly and Oxford Station, as well as the St Peters Square tram stop.
