FAQ

Complimentary space hire is available, with an expectation that attendees make food and/or beverage purchases on the night, or that a prepaid bar spend or prepaid drinks tokens are arranged in advance.

Yes, external DJs are welcome. The venue has connections available for external equipment but does not provide its own DJ or sound equipment. As the hotel remains open to guests, there is a limit on what the DJ can play; this can be discussed closer to the time.

The venue has a large video wall that can connect to a laptop through Click Share, plus connections to the main speaker system for DJ equipment. Video wall usage is complimentary for the duration of events.
