Our airy, light filled venue includes three studio spaces, reception area, showers, lockers, changing rooms, toilets, office space, kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities, yoga props (mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets) huge amounts of natural light.
One studio is a 'hot' studio so can be heated to any required temperature. The venue is located on Manchester's central Deansgate and located inside the historic, Grade II listed Great Northern Warehouse building.
This famous landmark was at the heart of the UK's cotton trade and dates back to the early 1900s. Today, its a characterful and unique location for your film shoot, exercise class, audition, meeting or away day.

The Life Centre North is a light filled yoga studio complex on the top two floors of the Grade II listed Great Northern Warehouse complex. The venue includes reception, changing rooms, showers, kitchen, storage space and 3 gorgeous and versatile studio spaces suitable for classes, photo shoots, auditions, meetings and more.
Studio 1 (usually a hot yoga studio) has a capacity for up to 50 yoga mats / 70 seated or standing, Studio 2 with capacity for up to 30 mats / 50 seated or standing and Studio 3 with capacity for 15 mats / 25 seated or standing.
Located in the heart of Deansgate in Manchester City centre, we are just a 7-minute drive from both Manchester Victoria and Manchester Piccadilly train stations and 25 minutes from Manchester International Airport. The centre is just 3 minute walk from Deansgate / Castlefield stations.
We are located right next to the Hilton hotel, our entrance is on Great Bridgewater St, on the edge of the Great Northern complex. Just look for the big glass staircase with our rather large poster!
