• No alcohol is permitted on the premises.
• Food and drinks must be kept away from all pool, snooker and gaming tables.
• Guests must arrive and leave within their reserved booking time. Late arrival will not extend the booking. Additional time may be available at an extra charge, subject to availability.
• All games, equipment and venue property must be treated with care. Damage caused by misuse will be charged to the person responsible for the booking.
• Guests must behave respectfully towards staff and other customers. Disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the venue without a refund.
• Noise must be kept at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing other guests.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
• Custom decorations permitted.
