Design: The room has exposed brick walls, high windows that admit daylight, low-hanging industrial pendant lights and framed wall art. The interior pairs worn timber tables and metal-framed chairs with deep leather Chesterfield sofas for a compact, informal industrial look.
Features: The space has Wi‑Fi and air conditioning for guest comfort. A built-in PA and speaker system is available. The space allows guests to play their own music or hire a DJ, subject to the venue's noise restrictions. Freestanding tables and a clear floor area provide a compact dance floor and flexible furniture layouts.

Downstairs hire information & booking requirements
• Minimum 50 and maximum 100 guests are required to hire the whole space at peak times
• There is only 1 bar, which is upstairs
• The area isn't a closed off private room, the customer toilets are located at the bottom of the stairs but this will not affect your booking
• We are a card only venue
• There is no disabled access to downstairs, stairs only
• Under 18s are allowed until 9pm
• Our opening hours are: 12pm–11pm Sun–Thur, 12pm–12am Fri–Sat
• If you are running late or need to change the time of your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Our phone number is 0161 228 2404, select the option for "Ancoats"
• If you fail to fill your booking area (for example: you've booked enough space for 80 and only 40 turn up), we may ask for some of the space back if the rest of the bar is busy
• You are welcome to decorate the space (no confetti/glitter please)
• You are welcome to bring a band/DJ, but they must bring their own equipment and speakers
• Please be aware a band may adjust the maximum capacity slightly
• We also have a projector and microphone available if needed
• We also offer wine and prosecco packages, which can be set up in the downstairs area for your guests' arrival
