About this space

Meeting room 1 is the smaller of the two meeting rooms perfect for groups of 3-10. The space has a television with a HDMI cable for presentations as well as high-speed Wi-Fi and a whiteboard. It is the perfect space for company away days, weekly meetings and much more.

Booking is essential. Tea, coffee and pastries on arrival can be arranged as well as a price per head for unlimited tea and coffee.

Host rules

1. No smoking or vaping in the building, only in designated outside smoking areas.
2. No outside catering allowed apart from cakes/ birthday cakes.
3. Rooftop closes at 10pm so last orders will usually be called around 9:30pm. Last orders for the rest of the venue called around 11:30/11:45pm as our licence ends at midnight.
4. Decorations are allowed for any private hire booking but do not include the use of glitter or confetti. Any decorations you bring with you are to be taken with you on the night or collected within 48 hours of your booking. Blue/white tac and cellotape may be used but drawing pins are prohibited.
5. Please make us aware of any special requirements you may have, along with any allergies or dietary requirements in your party and we will be happy to accommodate.
6. Children can attend private bookings but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
7. Tempest on Tithebarn has a zero tolerance drugs policy and any abuse or violence towards to staff will result in your booking ending immediately.
