About this space

Whether you’re recording a podcast, voiceover, audiobook, or video game dialogue, we have the perfect setup for your requirements.

Our audio booth is fully isolated, and has been used to record hundreds of audiobooks and commercial voiceovers. It can be hired with or without an engineer, and we also offer recording, mixing and mastering at a per-finished-hour rate.
The podcast studio has a selection of microphones, a mixer with Class A Servo-biased Preamps, featuring APHEX Aural Exciter and Big Bottom. It can also be set up for live-streaming video, or multi-cam records for later release.

The studio also has the capability to connect call-in guests via Bluetooth or TRRS, and can either multitrack in the mixer to microSD card, or output directly to your favorite audio software of choice.

The studio equipment list is extensive, and the majority of it is in-house; whether you require cameras, lighting, audio, or something more obscure.
And if you require any equipment that’s not available, we have close relationships with local hire companies that can offer discounted rates on anything you require to ensure that your shoot goes smoothly.

Whether you need glass or grip, modifiers or monitors, Liverpool Studios can provide it all.
We can even set everything up to your specifications for your arrival, prelighting basic setups at no additional cost.

Liverpool Studios is a hand-crafted 2100ft² creative environment, a dream space for photographers & cinematographers alike, just minutes from Liverpool city centre. The studios are available to hire by the day, half-day or hour, at flexible rates to suit your budget.

With over 10m width, the studios are perfect for building and shooting large sets for photography, film, commercials and music videos – not to mention flawless overhead shots from our ceiling-mounted rails.
We’ve also accumulated an extensive equipment list, plus technicians on standby to assist as required, along with plus basic lighting included at no extra cost.
And should you require additional crew, our experienced in-house team can be brought in to cover any aspect of production or post.
