Fantastic informal meeting room, just what we needed with access to tea, coffee and water. Great mix of sofas, tables and chairs and lovely decor. Close to car park.
A hotel guest was already in the room upon arrival and we had to explain that we'd booked it before finding a staff member. Thankfully he was friendly and packed away quickly. At the reception, staff were not aware of our booking until they checked in the office. Resolved quickly and staff were extremely helpful.
