You may request catering while standard refreshments such as tea, coffee, and other drinks are provided. For greater ease, laptops can also be provided, and to make sure your day goes well, our team is always available to assist.

If you’re hosting interviews, there’s an external seating area in the reception where candidates can wait comfortably before being called in.

Host rules

Access & Timing - The room is available only during the agreed hire period. Early access or overruns must be agreed in advance.

Health & Safety - Please ensure all attendees are aware of the nearest fire exits and assembly points. Do not block doorways, corridors, or fire exits. Electrical equipment brought in must be PAT-tested.

Respect for the Space - No smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes inside the premises. Food and drink are only permitted in designated areas (check with us if unsure). Please leave the room clean and tidy at the end of your booking.

Furniture & Equipment - Do not move furniture or equipment without prior permission. Any damage to the room, furniture, or equipment will be charged to the hirer. Please report any issues or faults immediately.

Technology & WiFi - WiFi is provided for professional purposes only; streaming, downloading large files and accessing inappropriate material is not permitted. Any technical support must be requested in advance.

Noise & Consideration - Please keep noise at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing neighbouring offices. Loud music or amplified sound is not permitted unless agreed in writing.

Security - We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.

Catering - If catering is arranged, please dispose of rubbish in the bins provided. Allergies and dietary requirements are the responsibility of the organiser.

Prohibited Activities - No alcohol, drugs, or illegal activities are permitted on-site. The room must not be used for purposes other than those agreed in the hire contract.

Departure - All attendees must vacate the room by the agreed finish time.

The dedicated meeting room can be set up in the classic boardroom style to seat up to 10 participants or can accommodate up to 18 participants standing. To help your team stay fresh, there are also breakout zones with bean bags, additional seating, and even board games. These spaces are ideal for informal brainstorming, collaboration sessions, or a pause.
