About this space

The Community Room is an internal meeting room right at the main entrance of the building, with floor-to-ceiling windows into the ground floor foyer area and sliding blackout curtains for privacy. The room is set up with equipment to facilitate hybrid online/in person meetings and events, with a ceiling-mounted projector and built-in electronically lowered screen, also ideal for presentations, small film screenings, and workshops. The room can comfortably seat 50 people, or 60 standing, making it ideal for community group meetings or gentle exercise classes.

Paige was fantastic at answering all of my questions and facilitating getting the event on the rails. The room was just what we needed, it got a little crowded, but that's on me for not checking out the space properly beforehand. Getting extra tables and things was easy, and the tuck shop was an added bonus!
I understand that regulating temperature in venues like this is difficult, especially during the winter. It got a bit warm, but again, I just asked Paige and the heating was turned off.
