Perched above the rhythmic hum of fermentation tanks, our private room provides a captivating view of the brewing process. As you step into the space, you're greeted by the comforting aroma of hops and the gentle bubbling of fermenting beer, setting the tone for a truly immersive experience.
Hosting up to fifteen guests, one of the highlights of our event space is the unique opportunity to pour your own pints straight from the source. Equipped with a self-service beer tap, why not order a keg and your party can enjoy freshly poured and perfectly chilled in-house brewed beer!

Glasgow has been pioneering the perfect pint for over 400 years and the Shilling Brewing Co. is contributing to the next chapter in this story by creating a space where everyone can discover and appreciate beer, straight from the source and brewed inhouse.
Shilling Brewing Co. is a microbrewery and taproom in the heart of Glasgow City Centre, boasting the largest selection of draught beer in Scotland, as well as a rotational offering of cans and bottles from local breweries and beyond.
With over 30 taps, our in-house brewed classics like Machine Gun Lager, Unicorn IPA and Glasgow Red sit proudly alongside the brightest names in brewing. We offer tasting flights of 4 x 1/3 pints, so you can work your way through the 3000+ possible combinations in no time. Did someone say challenge?
It's not just our product range that's impressive. The building, a former bank, was designed by renowned architect James Miller in 1930. Lots of original features, from the marbled walls to the vaults still remain, so you can enjoy some history as you imbibe.
Not to be outshone by our beers, our hand stretched pizzas are second to none. Stone baked in our cupola oven, with an abundance of gluten free and vegan options as well as weekly specials, there's nothing more satisfying when the hunger kicks in. Served 12-9:30pm every day.
Can't organise a p*ss up in a brewery? Let us do it for you! Our "Pour Your Own Party" package gives you exclusive use of our underground Brewer's Room, which overlooks our fermentation tanks. You'll be furnished with an entire keg of Shilling brewed beer, and a pizza buffet to soak up those 52 glorious pints.
