This space is a very versatile & ideal for a wide range of events with a capacity of up 130 seated or up to 250 open plan. The venue is perfectly suited for both formal functions and relaxed, informal parties. With our panoramic views of the river Clyde, external balcony and smoking terrace, and a stunning blend of modern comfort and traditional charm our venue is an excellent setting for birthday celebrations, wedding after parties, corporate events, and more.

Exclusive hire of the second level of the venue includes our private Gold-room space, this is a recently refurbished space which is perfect for an upbeat, intimate party atmosphere, the room has a fully integrated plug & play sound system & interchangeable Neon lighting allowing you to create a perfectly bespoke personalised event.

Option 1: Package example based on 60 people:

Private hire of the Gold room with plug & play system and external seating area - £200
Buffet for 60 guests - £750 (discounted rate £12.50 per person).
Room hire fee waived with buffet package.

Option 2:Package example based on 150 people:

Private Function hire of entire second floor - £500
Buffet for 150 guests - £1500 (Discounted rate £10 per person).
Function hire fee waived with buffet package.

Optional Dj & Karaoke - £300 (5 Hour set) extended hours available.

Booked this venue for a surprise party. The staff venue catering price entertainment location outlook were absolutely outstanding. The party is still being spoken about as it was a great success.... could not fault any aspect....100% five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
