The communication was fantastic, the venue was lovely for our conference of 39 (although it might have been too tight had there not been a meeting in the neighbouring room, which they graciously let us use), and the food was great. Would certainly book with Novotel again for future events.

The room was lovely and private and provided us with everything we needed for the forum. Staff were friendly!
We were quite a large group and felt it was quite a tight squeeze with the tables and chairs, especially trying to get in and out of the chairs/room. The food was expensive for what it was.

The room was well maintained, everything we needed was provided and the staff were really helpful. The lounge area outside the room was really useful for breakout space.
There was only one female toilet near the room and one drinks station, which meant it took a while to get everyone through at breaktimes. I may have expected a better range of teas and coffees (but this is nit-picking).
