Accommodating up to 40 seated guests, this versatile space is ideal for birthday celebrations, anniversary dinners, family gatherings, afternoon teas, private dining experiences, celebrations of life and corporate conferences.
With views of the surrounding golf club and a relaxed atmosphere, the Dining Room provides a lovely setting for bringing people together.
Our experienced hospitality team can offer a variety of catering options, including buffets, afternoon teas, traditional carveries and bespoke two- or three-course menus.

We want all our guests to have a fantastic experience at Girton Golf Club. To ensure every event runs smoothly, we kindly ask that the following guidelines are respected:
• Dress Code: Smart casual attire is encouraged. Football shirts and football team tops are not permitted in the clubhouse.
• Food & Catering: All food and beverages are provided by our in-house hospitality team. External catering is subject to prior approval.
• Alcohol: All alcoholic drinks must be purchased through our licensed bar unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• Decorations: Guests are welcome to personalise the venue with decorations. However, decorations must not damage walls, furniture or fixtures. Confetti and glitter are not permitted.
• Music & Entertainment: DJs, live music and other entertainment are welcome by prior arrangement, subject to our licensing conditions and approval.
• Smoking & Vaping: Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
• Children: Children are very welcome but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, particularly around the golf course.
• Respect for the Venue: We kindly ask all guests to treat our facilities, staff, members and other visitors with respect.
• Event Timings: All events must finish at the agreed time, in accordance with our licensing conditions.
• Bookings & Final Numbers: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Final guest numbers and catering requirements must be confirmed in advance.
