Studio 4 is a bright, spacious and versatile performance studio in the heart of Cambridge, designed primarily for dance, movement and rehearsals while offering a flexible space for a wide range of creative and professional uses. Featuring a full mirrored wall, ballet barres, beautiful arched windows, a sprung wooden floor and an upright piano, the studio provides an inspiring environment for both performers and creators.

Perfect for dance classes, rehearsals, auditions and fitness sessions, the space is equally suited to photography, videography, content creation, workshops, castings, corporate training, meetings and private events. • Please arrive and leave within your booked time. Set-up and pack-down must be included within your booking.
• All guests must check in at reception on arrival before entering the studio.
• You’re welcome to arrive early and wait in our communal area, but access to the studio begins at your booked start time.
• Please leave the studio as you found it and return any furniture or equipment to its original position.
• Please take all personal belongings, props and rubbish with you at the end of your booking.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building.
• No candles, naked flames, smoke machines or hazardous materials without prior approval.
• Food and drink are permitted, but please take extra care around studio equipment and flooring.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Please be considerate of other guests and businesses using the building. Excessive noise must be agreed with us in advance.
• Any damage to the studio, furniture or equipment must be reported to a member of the team immediately.
• Photography and filming are welcome. For larger productions, specialist equipment, unusual set builds or anything that may affect the space, please contact us before booking.
• Please let us know in advance if you have any specific access, equipment or set-up requirements.
