Alejandro and his team of managers and staff were impeccable from start to finish of this journey. We had a VVIP group to look after with a very precise remit .. needed to be 2mins from Hilton Liverpool, 250 people, Sky Sports license, Saturday Night, Private Room - despite the challenging remit we were super lucky to land upon Alex and his team who were patient and 100% helpful throughout to get the venue's deal to exactly where we needed to to be, despite it being a very in demand date in the calendar for them Once we had agreed everything - the delivery was exactly what was agreed and also much more. Alex and his team could not have been more helpful and flexible and open to late ideas/changes that were required by two very demanding high-end London agencies that I was facilitating for on the ground here in Liverpool. I could not recommend the team or the venue more. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed from start to finish and I will most certainly be looking forward to the next opportunity to collaborate with Alex and his team at the venue. Thanks very much everyone !

We had a fantastic night at Roxy Ballroom celebrating a 40th birthday. The space we hired came with access to pool/ping pong/beer pong, so plenty to keep us entertained! Bar staff were friendly and service was quick. A few of us ordered food which was amazing and again was quick to arrive. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Really great communication throughout the booking process also! 👍
