The minimum spend for hosting your event can be met with a selection from our event food packages, along with beverage options. Additionally, there is a room hire which covers staffing fees and AV capabilities, including the use of the microphone, TV, and connectivity to the in-house sound system.
Please note that the minimum spend for Saturday may differ from the pricing provided above. Please enquire for the exact quote. The deposit is $500, and to lock in the space signed contract is required.
Selected events may require a security charge of $50/hr for exclusive events. 21st Birthdays will require security at a rate of 1 per 50 guests.

The event for my partner's surprise 30th went amazingly! Thank you so much Lara and team for all the support and help in making the birthday unforgettable. The space, food, and drink exceeded all expectations. Would definitely come back and plan another celebration here.

Amelia was a pleasure to deal with and was super flexible when we had last minute changes. Her problem solving was spot on! The execution of the event by the onsite team was flawless and all our guests enjoyed the high quality food, efficient drinks service, and the great atmosphere at The Belvedere.
