Welcome to Proposition Wembley, a spacious warehouse prepared to your needs.
-18,000 sq ft studio warehouse located in Wembley with immediate access to the A406 and walking distance from Central Line and Piccadilly Line with trains coming from Heathrow airport.We cater for various kinds of storage & production, including film productions, television shows, commercials, food demonstration shows, live broadcasting and photoshoots. The space is also ideal for musical, stage and filming rehearsals. The studio is conveniently located a short drive to the prop houses and production equipment hire warehouses of Park Royal.
Room 1: 13,000sq ft. 43 x 30m with 43 x 19m of clear build space unobstructed by pillars 6.2m clear height at apex and 5m at lowest point
Room 2: 2,500sq ft. 25 x 10m with mezzanine of 2,500sq ft currently with racking shelving but can be cleared to create full height area for long-term booking
Welfare: 2 private dressing rooms of 4 x 3m, one large dressing room of 10 x 3.5, a production meeting room of 3.5 x 3.5 and one common room of 4 x 7.5m, male and female toilets with two cubicles in each, disabled toilet.
Lounge with sofas, coffee machine, water fountain and fridge.
3-phase power and roller shutter access allowing vehicles to drive onto set
5m scaffold tower on wheels can be made available on set. Warehouse ceiling is blacked out.20 car parking spaces allocated to every studio rental. 50 further car parking spaces available for rent as a unit base
