YourHQ is a private, exclusive-use venue in central Southampton, created for businesses and private clients looking for something more distinctive than a hotel function room, standard conference suite or generic event space.
Set within a beautifully converted 1850s bonded warehouse, YourHQ combines Grade II listed character with premium hospitality, modern technology and complete privacy. Exposed brickwork, atmospheric interiors, multiple floors, private meeting rooms, breakout spaces, lounge areas, a licensed bar and flexible catering create a venue that feels memorable, impressive and genuinely different.
Formerly Old Bond Store, a private members’ club for entrepreneurs and business leaders, the building has six years of proven experience hosting meetings, leadership sessions, client events, private gatherings and business-focused experiences.
YourHQ is ideal for company away days, board meetings, workshops, product launches, client events, private dining, networking, team gatherings, celebrations and bespoke bookings.
Arranged across three floors, the building allows guests to move naturally between presentations, meetings, informal conversations, food and drink, quiet breakout time and relaxed hosting.
Facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, integrated AV, sound systems, air conditioning, kitchen facilities, a licensed bar and flexible catering options. Hosted support is available, while external caterers can also be accommodated.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
