About Wells Place Centre
Wells Place Centre is a Trusted Tagvenue Partner, validated by the Tagvenue team with a record of successful bookings on the platform.
Wells Place Centre a friendly and affordable room hire venue for your conference, meeting, community group gathering or family event.
We are based in Eastleigh in Hampshire which lies between Winchester and Southampton with easy access from the M3, M27 and Southampton airport and within easy walking distance from Eastleigh train and bus station.
We also have an excellent coffee shop on site that provides homemade cakes and lunches as well as a variety of barista coffees, hot and cold drinks and snacks.
Prices quoted are our charity prices. We also have Non profit and business rates so please leave us a note when enquiring. Please note that we are closed at the weekends.

FAQ
Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 12 months from the original date, at no cost.
