Exclusive use of YourHQ gives you private access to a beautifully converted 1850s bonded warehouse in central Southampton, arranged across three distinctive floors and designed for corporate events, leadership days, company offsites, client hosting and private gatherings.

The building can accommodate up to 100 guests and offers a variety of spaces that allow the day or evening to flow naturally. The Kitchen Floor is the social heart of the venue, ideal for dining, networking, presentations and relaxed hosting. The Lounge provides a more refined setting for conversations and client meetings, while the Study offers quieter breakout areas and private meeting rooms. The atmospheric Distillery creates a memorable setting for board meetings, workshops, presentations, private dining and evening events.

Facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, integrated AV, presentation screens, microphones, a full sound system, air conditioning, flexible seating, kitchen facilities, a licensed bar and premium bean-to-cup coffee.

Hosted hospitality support is available, with flexible catering options and the ability to accommodate external caterers where required.

Host rules

• No smoking or vaping inside the building.
• Guests must treat the building, furniture, equipment and facilities with care. Any damage may result in an additional charge.
• Alcohol may only be consumed on the premises where agreed as part of the booking and in line with the venue licence.
• External catering is permitted by prior agreement only. All caterers must be approved in advance and follow venue requirements.
• No amplified music, DJs or live entertainment without prior agreement.
• Set-up and pack-down time must be included within the agreed hire period unless otherwise arranged.
• Guests must not attach decorations, signage or branding to walls, fixtures or fittings without prior approval.
• The venue must be left in a reasonable condition at the end of the booking.
• Final guest numbers, layout requirements, catering needs and AV requirements must be confirmed in advance.
• Children are welcome only where agreed as part of the booking and must be supervised at all times.
• No pets are allowed, except assistance dogs.
• Guests must follow any reasonable instructions from the venue team during the booking.
• For evening events, guests must leave quietly and respect neighbouring occupiers and nearby residents.
