I first would like to thank Mr. James and his staff for an incredible service !! I celebrated my birthday here with 80 plus people and it was one of the best nights of my life . Mr James and the staff were incredibly accommodating thought out . Mr James was patient , kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process . The booking process was soo easy and I booked the venue as soon as I saw it. The communication throughout the booking and even during my event was perfect . The Gold Bar went above and beyond to help me with my needs and kept me extremely happy. The venue was very clean including the other facilities in it that we used, the toilets ; they were sparkling clean. The bar was quick with drink orders and their service were amazing . I brought my own catering and I was helped to allocate the food to the perfect corner so my guests could easily access it . I have had a few events with other venues before but this is the best one I have used so far and I will be using it again for my future events . The different lighting colours in the venue really set this venue apart too because I wanted to have a sort of a club and party vibe and the lighting change provided just that . There was an outdoor which was perfect for my guests who wanted to go and stand or sit at some point for some fresh air to eat or chat . I would encourage anyone looking for a venue to book the gold bar because when planning a party, finding a venue can be the most difficult and stressful but the gold bar made it one of the easiest things to do on my to do list. Thank you so much to Mr.James and the gold bar for a fantastic night. Everyone praised how beautiful the venue was and I can’t wait to book it again for my future event!!!

Throughout the whole process, James helped us by being prompt with his responses, clear with his answers to our questions and couldn't have been more helpful overall. The place was clean when we got there and with some rearranging and help from the rest of the crew, my party had lots of fun. The place was very large and the outdoor area an amazing addition to the party. The drinks service was quick and had a lot of great options. The security were very friendly and help open communication with me and my other partner about what was going on with IDs and other information. Overall, this place was wonderful and I highly recommend for a large party because the attention to detail was amazing and you felt like you could really rely on the services provided.
One thing that I would've liked is the AC being on. We had be warned previously that they wouldn't have accents to change it, however it did get quite hot towards the end of the party (which is why the outdoor area came quite handy).
