Everything was perfect and ran smoothly. I had the best time and staff were friendly and helpful.
The karaoke system wasn’t working so that was disappointing BUT the manager really tried to make it work and I was offered a free bottle as compensation for my guests. Very well handled in the end! Didn’t take away from the night.

Staff at Popworld were amazing they managed to get everything sort
Tag venue did not communicate the correct details to the venue so on the day I had issues but again because the staff at the venue was so amazing, they were able to get everything sorted for me.

Great venue, great staff, no payment, only a deposit. Flexible with us bringing things, own toilets, own bar, great security, added sparklers to my cake for no extra....many things to make the night great
