Liv and the team were AMAZING! They were kind, helpful, warm and understanding and really went out of their way to make our AgencyLand network for independent agencies, a HUGE success! Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and warm, even when it got really busy. I would recommend them hugely and am already planning my next event there. Liv please contact me! Not being able to contact the manager there directly. Meant the event started late. All messaging happened through Tag venue which caused some last minute stress.

Everything was perfect and ran smoothly. I had the best time and staff were friendly and helpful.
The karaoke system wasn’t working so that was disappointing BUT the manager really tried to make it work and I was offered a free bottle as compensation for my guests. Very well handled in the end! Didn’t take away from the night.

Tag venue did not communicate the correct details to the venue so on the day I had issues but again because the staff at the venue was so amazing, they were able to get everything sorted for me.
