Staff were so helpful and Alejandro makes an amazing spicy margarita. Would recommend
Nice private venue, perfect for a party of under 30 people
Sound system was poor. I specifically asked if it would be a problem after seeing other reviews but was told it wouldn’t be. Took over an hour for staff to get our phone connected and sound was really low that you could barely hear the music once the room started to fill up.
Loved the venue, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a great time. Thanks again!
Very friendly and helpful local team. Pedro is a cocktail wizard, and the on duty managers and bar staff were all excellent. Cocktails are very well priced and good. Happy hour drinks.
Communication from head office is very poor. After paid for booking was told different hours of availability compared to what was advertised. Basement only opens at 5pm. Only two days before event (too late to change venues) I was told PA sound system is faulty, can only use Bluetooth. On arrival, no working wifi in basement, no phone signal. Had to try download playlists via TFL station and slow 4G, because Wifi in upstairs bar blocks downloads too. Minimum spend is a bit high for a room that size.
