Our Event Space has an occupancy capacity of 100 persons with a 5-hour minimum booking requirement. A typical booking includes 1 hour for setup, 3 hours for the event, and 1 hour for cleanup. Please note that no complimentary time is provided, so book according to the hours of occupancy needed.

The venue was everything we need for our holiday. It was decoy for the holidays and extremely clean. The Building Manager Antoyia was a pleasure to work with and easily accessible.

The space is sanitized and cleaned between events, so ensure you book enough time for setup and cleanup, especially if you are heavily decorating. A 6-7 hour booking is recommended in such cases.
