Location was amazing. Included chairs and tables were so nice! Really made a huge difference in overall venue cost.

Chairs and tables could be stored more accessibly. There is a good amount of space in the cubby that additional supplies could be used for additional tables or other supplies. Zero decor. It really is an empty space and you have to bring everything if you want any sort of decor. They do offer decor packages if you ask but it was quite expensive.

The location, because it was a central location where all the family could come to me and enjoy this special occasion.

No air condition, and I was only informed the day of the event was due to start when I have family coming from out of town and hours away. I was given the option to cancel an event that was already planned and set up for this day as if we could’ve found a location with so many other graduations was taken place on the same day. I could have canceled when everything was prepared for that date and time very unprofessional and lack compassion for the inconvenience regarded to the special occasion that we were celebrating and the environment was very uncomfortable due to how hot it was, and per the rules. The door could not be propped open. This was especially uncomfortable for our older family members and people with medical conditions so a lot of the guest had to dismiss immediately upon showing your face of the celebration wasn’t truly a celebration. Very unfortunate that they had to turn out like this. Just wish it could’ve been handled differently.

No, there is no kitchen, and live cooking is not advised because the space is not ventilated properly for it.

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
