- Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited within the property boundaries. A designated smoking area is available at the corner away from neighboring homes. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the provided receptacle; an extra fee applies for each improperly discarded butt.
- Respect for Others: Maintain a considerate noise level, especially during late hours. Keep music and television volumes at a reasonable level. Promptly clean up any accidental messes and inform a staff member to help preserve the home's condition.
- Special Needs: All guest rooms are located on the second floor, accessible only by stairs. Step stools and adjustable showerheads are available. If you require additional assistance or devices, please notify us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
- Pets: While we have three large dogs that do not enter guest areas, we cannot accommodate other pets. Registered service dogs are welcome with advance notice, subject to room availability. Proof of registration and vaccinations is required prior to arrival.
- Noise: Loud noise is prohibited all day. Only soft music is allowed until 9 pm.
- Room Reservations: Events with more than 20 people or ending after 6 pm require a 2-night whole house reservation. Events before 5pm on a Friday require a Thursday reservation too. Events before 3pm on Sunday require a Saturday reservation too. Any event after 7pm on Sunday requires a Monday reservation as well. Please note that cleaning up from the previous day takes 5 hours before we can set up your event. Cleaning up from your events and regular room flips will prevent us from checking in the next day’s guests.
- Kids: The house is not suitable for children under 16 in most cases. Use your best judgment when requesting special considerations. If there are no other guests, we will make exceptions. The home is not childproof and has many sets of stairs. Whole house rental allows more freedom with age ranges.
