• Rental is for the designated downstairs event space only. Areas not included in the booking are off-limits to guests.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
• No illegal substances or unlawful activity.
• Guests must respect the property, furnishings, themed décor, props, and installations. Please do not move, climb on, remove, or alter décor without permission.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No open flames, confetti, glitter, smoke machines, or anything attached to walls or décor without prior approval.
• Outside food and beverages are permitted with prior approval.
• Music is permitted, but loud music/noise must end by 9:00 PM.
• Guest count may not exceed the number approved in the booking.
• No additional guests, vendors, DJs, or equipment beyond what was approved without prior permission.
• Guests are responsible for damage caused during their booking.
• Setup and cleanup time must be included within the reserved booking period.
• Please be respectful of the residential neighborhood when arriving and departing.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
