House Rules:
1. Please remove your shoes upon entry and while you are in the house.
2. No smoking or vaping inside the house. Smoking or vaping is only allowed outside.
3. Pets are not allowed in the house.
4. Large parties or large gatherings are not permitted inside or outside the house.
5. Keep noise down after 11pm to be respectful to other guests and neighbors.
6. Please enjoy your stay and leave the place as you found it.
Additional House Rules:
1. Please do not walk in a towel or undergarment around the house.
2. Grooming, make-up, and manicures should be done in your room or the bathroom only.
3. Keep the bathtub, shower, sink, etc. clean after each use.
4. Only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet.
5. Turn off lights, heat, and air conditioners when not in use.
6. Keep windows closed when air conditioners or heat are in use.
7. Food and drinks are not allowed in the bedrooms. Please eat and drink in the kitchen or dining area only.
8. Full kitchen is included, except stove and oven. Light cooking only is permitted.
9. Wash, dry, and put away dishes immediately after use.
10. Do not bring strangers into the house. Check with me first if you want to invite a friend.
11. There is a $30 fee if you lose your door key.
