To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that the following rules and guidelines be observed when utilizing our ballroom space:
• Event Timing & Access: All events must adhere to the contracted start and end times. Early access and extended hours must be arranged in advance with the hotel sales team.
• Setup & Décor: All décor must be approved by the hotel prior to the event. No items may be affixed to walls, ceilings, or fixtures without permission. Confetti, glitter, and open flame candles are not permitted unless pre-approved.
• Food & Beverage: All food and beverages must be provided by Homewood Suites Largo unless otherwise authorized. Outside catering may require prior approval and applicable fees.
• Capacity & Safety: Guests must not exceed the agreed-upon room capacity. All fire codes and safety regulations must be strictly followed.
• Noise Levels: Music and sound levels must remain at an acceptable level and comply with hotel and local regulations. Events must conclude any amplified sound by the designated time.
• Damages & Cleanliness: The hosting party is responsible for any damage to hotel property. The ballroom should be left in reasonable condition; excessive cleaning fees may apply.
• Conduct: All guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. The hotel reserves the right to end any event that compromises the safety or comfort of guests and staff.
• Vendor Coordination: All external vendors must check in with hotel management upon arrival and comply with hotel policies.
