Alcohol
- Events with 75+ guests or ticketed alcohol require a licensed caterer (Type 58) and RBS certified bartenders
- No alcohol served to minors or working vendors
- No alcohol may leave the premises
- Service ends 30 minutes before event end time
Cooking and Flame
- No open flames permitted anywhere
- Cooking allowed in the kitchen only, using provided appliances
Smoking and Vaping
- No smoking or vaping inside or within 25 feet of any doorway
Music and Noise
- All music ends by 10:00 PM
- Comply with South Pasadena noise ordinances
Decorations
- No glitter, rice, confetti, or adhesives without prior written approval
- No fog or haze machines
- Balloons must be fully removed at end of event
Minors
- Must be supervised by an adult at all times
- Not permitted on the second floor without prior reservation and adult supervision
Conduct
- No firearms, weapons, or illegal substances
- No violence, harassment, or disorderly behavior
Pets
- No pets; registered service animals welcome
Timing and Departure
- All guests and vendors must depart by reserved end time
- Late departures after 11:00 PM: $10 per minute
- All decor, supplies, and trash must be removed before end of reserved time
Damages
- Policy violations resulting in cleaning or repair are subject to a $100 handling fee plus actual costs
Insurance
- Proof of general liability insurance ($1M minimum) required at signing
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
