At night, the space transforms into a magical venue, thanks to the strings of lights carefully arranged in the trees and around the outdoor areas. - Fire pit with wood: $25 per item
- Inside dance / setting room: $200 per item
- Cottage: $250 per item
-Juicer Oranges grown on property included: $50 per item
- Chairs (up to 75): $3 per item
- Antique bars, Antique arch: No Charge
- Tables: $10 per item
- Propane Heaters: $50 per item
- Set up & take down ( must be done the same day as booking unless other arrangements are made.): $85 per hour
- VIP Trailer Restroom: $650 per item
- Rugs for walking on: $100 flat fee
- Security: $25 per hour

Host rules
No smoking inside.
Outside catering allowed.
Guests must stay within the designated areas of the rented space.
We offer the outdoor event space up to 11pm.
All outdoor events must bring in portable restrooms and wash stations.
Security will be brought in at an additional cost on most events over 40 people.
Children will need to be supervised at all times.
Open flames are allowed.
Ticketed events are allowed
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
