Located in California, this creatively remodeled warehouse is the ideal space for your next event!
Featuring high ceilings, concrete floors, and windows that let in natural light, our space is user-customizable for a wide range of multiple setting arrangements. The space is timeless, contemporary, and industrial, with spectacular bar/club aesthetics and a truly unique art installation.
For film screenings, we count on three TVs and a projector. In addition to a complete sound system, we have many more features, so it is really worth seeing for yourself.
No matter what you're planning, whether it's a photo shoot, filming production, pop-up, soft event celebrations, product launch, business/corporate functions, art exhibits, etc, our venue is a perfect choice!
Prices
-Security deposit of $500 is required upon booking along with a copy of a valid photo ID or drivers license.
-Bookings $1000+ must pay $1000 security deposit min. 2 business days prior to first shoot day.
-The security deposit will be refunded within 72 hours from the close of the event unless damages have been reported.

-Site reps have no authority to allow, change, or switch anything that has not been part of our written agreement.
-When booking your event please include time for set-up and break-down.
-To avoid overtime, ALL guests and equipment must be outside the studio AND parking lots before hard-out.
