74M is a Class A life science and lab development located in Somerville’s Assembly Square. We offer two spaces with a clean and contemporary design. The venue includes a 4,500 sqft lounge with skyline views, Bluetooth speakers, and unique built-ins, like integrated coffee and beer taps and Skee-Ball machines.
A separate conference room accommodates up to 98 guests. Both spaces are available for one- to two-day buyouts.
