DEPOSIT
A fully refundable $500 deposit is required upon booking confirmation. It will be refunded in full if the venue is undamaged and all items are accounted for. Payment accepted via temporary credit card hold, PayPal, cash, or check. Failure to follow house rules may result in a reduction of your deposit.
HOUSE RULES
* Walk-Through: Required before and after the event.
* No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the building (including vapes and cigars).
* No Food in Drains: Especially in the bathroom drain.
* No Confetti ($100 Fine): No confetti, rice, or small objects allowed in SALA.
* No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
* Ages 9+ Only: The space is not childproof; all guests must be 9 years or older.
* Furniture: Do not move furniture without express permission. **($500 Fine for moving the large dining table near the entrance).**
* Decorations: All decorations must be removed at the end of the event.
* Be a Good Neighbor: Please remain respectful of nearby establishments.
CATERING, STAFFING & ALCOHOL
* Catering Buyout: Additional fees apply for outside catering.
* Staffing: All service staff (bartenders, servers, banquet captains) must be hired through our venue.
* Liquor Policy: Serving hard liquor requires a venue security guard (extra fee). Undisclosed hard liquor found at the event will result in the full Liquor & Security Guard Fee being applied post-event.
* Holidays: Events on major national holidays incur an upcharge and require catering by SOHO TACO.
RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling requires a refundable administrative fee. This fee will be returned after the event successfully takes place on the new date, minus any applicable taxes or Peerspace platform fees.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day
