Host rules
• All events must remain within the agreed booking time, including setup and breakdown.
• No smoking or vaping is permitted indoors.
• Outside alcohol is not permitted. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased and served through IGNITE in accordance with applicable alcohol laws. Valid government-issued ID is required for alcohol service.
• Outside food, catering, or beverages are not permitted unless approved by IGNITE in advance.
• Guests may not bring illegal substances, weapons, or engage in illegal or unsafe activity on the premises.
• Decorations are welcome with prior approval. No confetti, glitter, open flames, nails, screws, permanent adhesives, or anything that may damage walls, furniture, fixtures, or equipment.
• Candles, special effects, smoke machines, fog machines, and similar equipment require prior approval.
• DJs, musicians, photographers, decorators, and other outside vendors must be approved by IGNITE in advance and comply with venue requirements.
• Music, entertainment, and amplified sound must comply with venue operating hours and applicable local regulations.
• Furniture and equipment may only be moved with venue approval and must be returned to its original location after the event.
• Emergency exits, fire equipment, walkways, and entrances must remain unobstructed at all times.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their group, vendors, decorations, or equipment during the booking.
• Children and guests under 18 must be appropriately supervised by an adult.
• Service animals are permitted as required by law.
• Guest count may not exceed the approved capacity for the reserved space.
• IGNITE staff and management reserve the right to stop any activity that is unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or in violation of venue rules.
