Prices
8-10 people – $250/hour
11-20 people – $300/hour
21-40 people – $400/hour
**Additional fees apply for holidays and weekends:
M-Th: 9AM-4PM: Regular pricing
M-Th: 4:30PM-8PM: +$50/hour
Fri, Sat, Sun: 9AM-4PM: +$50/hour
Fri & Sat 4:30PM-10PM: +$100/hour

If you would like to cook in the kitchen or use the grill, please let us know in advance as an additional fee of $100 will apply to each.
If a vendor plans to bring in outside equipment (for example taco cart, bar, etc.) we require guests to let us know in advance as additional fees may apply.

Our outdoor space is dog friendly. However, for insurance purposes we require advance notice if anyone attending would like to bring a dog.
Clients are required to obtain prior permission to move furniture before/during events.
Clients are welcome to bring in the food and beverage of their choice.
Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited in the property.
Clients are welcome to use the kitchen to serve and reheat premade food in our oven.
