Prices
8-10 people – $250/hour
11-20 people – $300/hour
21-40 people – $400/hour
**Additional fees apply for holidays and weekends:
M-Th: 9AM-4PM: Regular pricing
M-Th: 4:30PM-8PM: +$50/hour
Fri, Sat, Sun: 9AM-4PM: +$50/hour
Fri & Sat 4:30PM-10PM: +$100/hour

If you would like to cook in the kitchen or use the grill, please let us know in advance as an additional fee of $100 will apply to each.
If a vendor plans to bring in outside equipment (for example taco cart, bar, etc.) we require guests to let us know in advance as additional fees may apply.

Child Safety: The home is not childproof and children must be supervised at all times.
Safety & Energy Saving: Close all windows and lock the door using the keypad whenever you leave.
Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home.
Cigarette Disposal: Cigarette butts must be placed in trash cans and not left on the property or additional fees will apply.
Open Flames & Candles: Candles and open flames are prohibited and removing smoke detectors will result in a $250 charge.
Damages & Breakages: All damages or malfunctions must be reported immediately.
Furniture: Do not move furniture. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the renter.
Grill Usage: Propane refills are the renter’s responsibility.
Security Deposit: $1,500
