An open-plan loft with generous ceiling height, wide-plank hardwood floors and large windows that supply abundant, controllable daylight through fitted blinds. The space offers an uncluttered rectangular floor area suitable for multiple camera positions.

Room features: An installed greenscreen and a range of photographic backdrops enable chroma-key and backdrop-driven stills or motion work. A PA system with wall speakers provides on-site audio playback, and the venue also offers Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and storage for production gear.
