About this space

Our 1,800 square foot film studio rental comes equipped with everything you need to execute your shoot.

The space is excellent for video or photo shoots and can accommodate crews of various sizes, set builds and more. Camera gear and crew, grip, lighting and production services available, upon request.

Green room, production office, kitchenette and covered outdoor roof-deck included.

The studio is typically painted white — fees for touch ups following a production can be provided. Costs to paint to another color (Roscoe Green, etc.) and restore to white can be calculated based on usage request.
