About this space

Our 1,800 square foot film studio rental comes equipped with everything you need to execute your shoot.

The space is excellent for video or photo shoots and can accommodate crews of various sizes, set builds and more. Camera gear and crew, grip, lighting and production services available, upon request.

Green room, production office, kitchenette and covered outdoor roof-deck included.

The studio is typically painted white — fees for touch ups following a production can be provided. Costs to paint to another color (Roscoe Green, etc.) and restore to white can be calculated based on usage request.

Our standard studio rental package includes:

- 6 x 20 Amp Circuits at 120v
- Scissor Lift
- Cove Lights (Kino Flo)

- Large covered deck for crew lunches

In addition to the above, we also have an array of rental production equipment available to help make your rental studio time as productive as possible. If you plan on bringing in your own gear, our studio rental space in Santa Cruz is optimally equipped with dedicated studio parking and a bay door loading dock to allow for easy unloading of gear and efficient shoot setup and tear down.

About Impact Creative

Our photo studio rental in Santa Cruz offers the ideal blank canvas to transform into the setting for your shoot. Whether it’s a white cove, black cloth, green screen, or LED color lights, we have it!

The studio features a 30x30 cyclorama with a 14'6" lighting grid and other additional features. Roll-up door with ramp for easy load-in and adjacent staging room add additional function. 10 dedicated parking spaces plus free street parking. Green room, production office, kitchenette and covered outdoor roof-deck included.

In addition to the variety of equipment that comes standard with every studio rental, we also have an array of photography gear available for rent such as Canon 5D MKIV, Canon 5D, Canon 7D, Canon L Series, and Sigma Art Series. We want to make sure that you are able to execute your shoot exactly how you envision it, with everything set up and ready to go before you arrive!
