Host rules

Decorations: No confetti, no live candles, sparklers or any decoration items that would be tacked onto the wall. Scotch tape only. Any decorative items would be the responsibility of the client to setup. Should room be available the day prior, decorations can be left for pick-up the next day.

Set-Up Charges: Event set-ups hall be finalized (7) seven business days prior to event. Should an extensive change occur in set-up 48 hours prior to the event, an additional $250 charge will be incurred. Extensive change is subject to Hotel staff. On the day changes cannot be guaranteed.

Hampton Inn & Suites Napa are not responsible for providing any dinnerware with the understanding that the client will be using an outside catering vendor to provide Food. Option to order dinnerware is available at an additional cost.
