• No smoking of any type on property or in house. Otherwise, $300 cleaning fee will be assessed.
• No glitter or confetti.
• No taping or nailing items to the wall.
• Furniture and decor must be moved to its original place at end of booking.
• Damage done to the space will result in extra charge.
