Prices
-1-11 people: No additional charge, the base rate will remain at $300 per hour.
- 12-25 people: $390 per hour
- 26-34 people: $489 per hour
- 35-41 people: $589 per hour
- 42-50 people: $639 per hour
Please note that additional charges may apply for certain services.
Heating the pool is available for $350.00.
An on-site representative can be provided for a flat fee of $450.00.
Event cleaning services are available for a flat fee of $300.00.

Host rules
-No smoking of any kind.
-Outside catering is allowed.
-No loud parties, glass by the pool, or adult film shoots permitted.
-All furniture and decor must be returned to their original locations. Lift furniture when moving to avoid damaging the wooden floors.
-All rentals include setup and teardown time. Notify the owner if you need extra time.
-Events and parties are limited to the downstairs area only. No access to the upstairs.
-Exterior security cameras are in use (no audio recording).
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
