Create Your Space is a compact contemporary event venue defined by a bright, adaptable interior that functions as a neutral blank canvas.
Design
The interior is finished in a neutral palette of white walls and grey wood-effect flooring, with a small lounge area punctuated by mustard and teal accents. The ceiling uses acoustic grid panels and the overall plan is compact and easy to reconfigure.
Features
The venue includes air conditioning and plentiful natural light, plus folding tables and chairs that can be arranged to suit different layouts. A small lounge seating area is provided for breakout or welcome space.

Host rules
• Smoking on premises not allowed.
• Nothing can be pinned, nailed, or taped to the walls.
• No more than 40 people are allowed in the space at one time.
• You must be at least 25 years old to rent this space.
• The event must end no later than 12AM and you and your guests must be vacated from the premises by midnight.
• All trash from the event must be tied up in trash bags and deposited into the dumpster. The dumpster is to the right of the back door. Place the trash barrels into the back room and take everything you brought in with you, turn out all lights, lock the doors (front and back), and return the key.
• Your event can be shut down including but not limited to certain violations such as: if payment is not made in full before the event, noise complaints, exceeding capacity, or other violations of the rental agreement.
• To be mindful of our neighbors please keep the doors closed, do not loiter in the parking lot, and there is no overnight parking allowed. Any vehicle left overnight is subject to being towed.
• In the town of Randolph, a license is required for any one-day event where beer, wine or alcohol will be served. Applications and all required documents must be submitted no less than 7 days prior to an event.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
